Julie is the Cofounder and CEO of BankWyse, a Revolutionary Bank for the Digital Age. She is also the Founder of J.A. Fellows and Associates, an executive consulting firm providing corporate directorship, strategy development, cybersecurity, credit and enterprise risk management services, and collaborative leadership programs. Prior experience includes: Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at SquareTwo Financial Corporation where she successfully led the company through a transformational change initiative to address significant regulatory environment shifts. This followed nearly 15 years at KeyCorp, where she was Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management for Key Equipment Finance as well as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Chief Compliance Officer for the global Key National Finance organization. In both positions Julie excelled at identifying and leading talent to maximize outcomes, and was responsible for proactively managing the portfolio of assets, problem credit workout, developing and implementing the enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance programs. Prior to these positions, Julie held roles of increasing responsibility in the credit and capital markets group at Republic Financial Corporation, and began her career with the United States Treasury Department's Office of The Comptroller of the Currency as a National Bank Examiner.
